End User License Agreement (EULA) for Excelife

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Excelife (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) regarding your use of the Excelife mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. User Content
By adding records, messages, or information, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited right to store and display it within the App for functionality purposes. You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
5. Privacy & Data
We collect limited personal data (such as email, phone number, cemetery location) only to provide services. We do not sell or use your data for marketing. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United States.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not use the App.
